Standart packages are processed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Delivery time carpets in stock: from 5 to 12 working days.
For orders placed on weekends and holidays the term begins the next business day.
Defects in the delivery: Upon receiving the carpet if it presents any visible damage must be reported at the same time to the ENVIALIA messenger to write it down on the delivery note. If there are hidden damages for transport, you must notify ENVIALIA at the time it is detected and inform us through the customer service telephone number or by e-mail.
If the chosen carpet was not opened when you opened the package, contact DAC’s customer service within two days. Once this notification period has passed, no claims will be dealt with.
Packages not collected
The products that have been ordered and can not be delivered or are not collected, the transport will be paid by the buyer. The customized products will be charged to your account to be paid for the total value along with the shipping and return costs.
