The idea was for the rugs to match everything and be able to be placed in any room, adapting to all styles.\r\nThe different juxtapositions of the shapes in these rugs make the color combinations intense and contrasting, something that is more noticeable in the Liberty line, and softer in the Bite rugs. The two lines in this collection are different, as was the intention, so they could be combined in different rooms and used differently.\r\nThe Liberty rugs feature bold lines, with more contrasting tones, each becoming the other's color negative. The Bite rugs, on the other hand, are loving, with soft, unpretentious colors and more rounded and organic shapes. In terms of materials and workmanship, the entire collection has been handwoven in India, using wool and silk.\r\n\r\nAbout Meritxell Rib\u00e9\r\n\r\nInterior designer and Creative Director at The Room Studio, with a career spanning over 20 years.
