Our rugs are handmade from the finest wool in New Zealand and in some cases from viscose and cotton. We carry out rigorous quality control at the source and also before sending our rugs to our customers.

The warranty period of our products is one year from the date of delivery. In the event of a claim, our technical team will determine whether the fault indicated by the customer is due to a manufacturing defect or to damage beyond our control.

Bear in mind that handmade woollen rugs go through a period in which they lose a bit of wool and may even have some lose strands that need to be cut with scissors. This is normal in all high-quality rugs and can happen over a period of up to three months depending on the rugs’ use and treatment.
